Gao Mei Gu Observatory located in the Gao Mei Gu City, Lijiang District , Yunnan Province, China. It's located to the northwest of Yunnan Province. Stay away from Kunming about 200 kilometers. Gao Mei Gu Observatory located on a high mountain from sea level is 3193 meters seeing was very good. A clear night sky on average more than 250 nights a year, especially suitable for astronomical observations.
